On Thursday 8 November we hosted another Facebook Live and Cooking masterclass, where chef Martin Wishart showed us how to cook a warming autumnal dish of stuffed cabbage leaves in a tomato sauce. Take a look at what he prepared and get the recipe.


There are many ways to improve your cooking, but nothing beats being able to watch a chef in their natural habitat. With the help of our healthy cooking partner Vitality, we’ve had the chance to cook with some fantastic chefs this year, including Michael Caines, Chantelle Nicholson and Bryn Williams.

This Live and Cooking masterclass featured Martin Wishart – chef and owner of the fantastic Michelin-starred Restaurant Martin Wishart in Edinburgh. Martin shared some of his top tips and tricks for cooking healthy, comforting meals, as well as demonstrating one of his favourite autumn dishes – stuffed cabbage leaves with a rich tomato sauce.
