Ingredients
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of olive oil
1000ml of vegetable oil
Spices & Dried Herbs
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 1/4 tsp green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 pinch of turmeric
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp fresh coriander, chopped
1/4 tsp garam masala
Fruit & Vegetables
1 garlic clove, chopped
120g of peas
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 1/4 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
Store Cupboard
100ml of coconut milk
3 pinches of salt
2 tbsp of gram flour
1 tbsp of cornflour
1/2 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 tsp deep orange food colouring
Fish & Shellfish
120g of cod fillet, cut into 4 pieces
Beverages
1 tbsp of water
