Banana pops

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 50g of dark chocolate, broken up
  • 100g of low fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 20g of hundreds and thousands

Method

Peel the bananas and cut each one in half to get 4 chunks. Pierce a skewer into the bottom of each piece

Add the chocolate to a glass bowl. Heat in the microwave until melted, approximately 1-2 minutes, stirring after a minute to make sure it all melts
  • 50g of dark chocolate

Place the vanilla yoghurt into a bowl, then dip each banana into the yoghurt to cover one side
  • 100g of low fat vanilla yoghurt

Using a spoon, drizzle the melted chocolate over the other halves. Sprinkle hundreds and thousands over the top and serve
