3 Chinese garlic sprouts, (or 10 green beans)

1/2 knob of ginger
1 pinch of five-spice powder
Oils & Vinegars
1 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil

1 free-range egg yolk
Speciality Ingredients
1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine
Store Cupboard
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
50ml of chicken stock, (fresh)
Cooking Sauces
1/2 tbsp of light soy sauce
