Store Cupboard
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
80g of light muscovado sugar
80g of dark muscovado sugar
90g of pistachio nuts, finely ground in a food processor
45g of cocoa powder
130g of spelt flour, or plain flour
100g of dark chocolate chips
Oils & Vinegars
60g of oil, flavourless, such as vegetable or rice bran
Spices & Dried Herbs
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
8 cardamom pods, husks discarded and seeds crushed in a food processor
Bakery
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Fruit & Vegetables
3 courgettes, or 2 large courgettes, grated
