  • 750g of strong white bread flour
  • 7g of fast-action dried yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp of plain flour
  • 1 tbsp of dried mint
  • 50g of sultanas, optional
  • sesame seeds

Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Beverages

  • 300ml of water, tepid, to mix

Bakery

  • 1 tsp baking powder
