1 bunch of fresh parsley
Oils & Vinegars
200ml of groundnut oil, or any neutral-flavoured oil
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
Fish & Shellfish
4 hake fillets, 150g each (skin on)

2 knobs of butter
Fruit & Vegetables
300g of wild mushrooms
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
200g of kale, rinsed with water and stalks finely chopped (no food waste here!)
Cereals, Grains & Pasta
400g of cannellini beans, drained (1 can)
Cooking Sauces
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
