6 halibut fillets, each weighing 200g
200g of white crab meat
Fruit & Vegetables
1 avocado, skin and stone removed then cubed
350g of pink fir apple potatoes
1 cucumber, peeled and deseeded with the skin reserved
2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 lemon, sliced

1 tbsp of grain mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp of honey
500ml of chicken stock

203 tbsp of rapeseed oil

3 lemongrass stalks, finely chopped

50g of ginger, chopped
