3 egg yolks
1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
3 tbsp of baby capers
salt
cracked black pepper
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
500ml of olive oil
Fruit & Vegetables
1/2 lemon, for juice
3 tbsp of shallots, diced
Speciality Ingredients
3 tbsp of cornichons, diced
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 tbsp of flat-leaf parsley, chopped
