1/2 red onion, peeled and finely sliced
2 tomatoes, finely sliced
450g of onion, peeled and finely sliced

onion jam, or use recipe below
Oils & Vinegars
60ml of olive oil
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

1 tsp Demerara sugar
