Ingredients
Fish & Shellfish
500g of tuna steak, cut into 2.5cm pieces
Speciality Ingredients
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Fruit & Vegetables
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 onion, finely sliced
Spices & Dried Herbs
2 cardamom pods, seeds only
10 curry leaves, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely sliced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 stick of cinnamon
fresh coriander, to garnish
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 knob of fresh ginger, 2.5cm in length, peeled and finely chopped

1/2 tsp ground fennel seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
400ml of coconut milk
sea salt
