  • 100g of unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 400ml of double cream

Bakery

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 25 mandarins, the zest

Beverages

  • 200ml of sake, I used Gekkeikan Horin Junmai Daiginjo Sake
  • 2 tbsp of hot water
