50 mussels, cleaned (or ask your fishmonger to clean them for you)

1.2l groundnut oil

125ml of white wine
Store Cupboard
300g of plain flour, sifted
300g of semolina
fine sea salt
Salad & Fresh Herbs
16 flat-leaf parsley leaves
Fruit & Vegetables
1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving
