8 chicken thighs, skin on
200g of chorizo sausage, sliced
Fruit & Vegetables
800g of sweet potato, cut into chunks
1 bulb of garlic, broken into cloves
1 lemon, halved
2 courgettes, cut into thick batons
1 red chilli, deseeded and sliced
240g of baby spinach
Store Cupboard
200ml of chicken stock
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Salad & Fresh Herbs
2 tbsp of parsley, chopped
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of rapeseed oil
