5 dried shiitake mushrooms
Fruit & Vegetables
250g of chestnut mushrooms
3 garlic cloves, crushed
5 bird's eye chillies, or similar
1/2 bunch of spring onions, sliced
Speciality Ingredients
200g of Quorn mince, defrosted
1 packet wonton wrappers, or gyoza
Salad & Fresh Herbs
fresh ginger, 4cm piece, peeled
Store Cupboard
7 tbsp of soy sauce, naturally-brewed
Spices & Dried Herbs
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Oils & Vinegars
3 tsp toasted sesame oil
