Ingredients
Fresh Meat
1kg mutton, cut into 1 inch dice
Spices & Dried Herbs
6 cloves
1 black cardamom pod
1 tbsp of Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 bay leaf
1 piece of fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp of coriander, to garnish
Fruit & Vegetables
1 large red onion, finely sliced
5 garlic cloves, 3 grated and 1 chopped
Dairy
400g of Greek yoghurt
Beverages
50ml of water
Oils & Vinegars
3 tbsp of vegetable oil, or traditionally mustard oil
