4 tbsp of broad beans, organic
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
3 lemons, zest peeled and finely chopped

5 pinches of salt
3 pinches of caster sugar
1 egg yolk

40g of flat-leaf parsley
20g of tarragon
1 handful of pea shoots
fresh tarragon
fresh chives
fresh chervil
Oils & Vinegars
250ml of olive oil
100ml of grapeseed oil
Spices & Dried Herbs
2 pinches of freshly ground black pepper
Beverages
10ml of water
Cheese
300g of ricotta
