Ingredients
Store Cupboard
100g of plain flour
100g of dark rye flour
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
60g of icing sugar
200g of condensed milk, (1 tin, half used)
20g of dark chocolate, to grate on top
Dairy
100g of unsalted butter, chilled and diced
1 egg
300ml of double cream, whipped to soft peaks
Beverages
20ml of iced water, (you may not need it all)
Spices & Dried Herbs
2 pinches of ground cinnamon
Fruit & Vegetables
2 bananas, sliced
