Ingredients

  • 230g of tomatillos, husked rinsed and chopped
  • 100g of coriander leaves
  • 10g of lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 serrano chilli peppers, stems removed and chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until almost smooth. Serve with tacos and other Mexican dishes
