375g of sheet of puff pastry
1 large egg, lightly whisked
275g of caster sugar
2 tbsp of marmalade
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Fresh Meat
375g of sausage meat
Spices & Dried Herbs
2 tsp fennel seeds
Fruit & Vegetables
3 onions, roughly chopped
1 apple, roughly chopped
Oils & Vinegars
100ml of white wine vinegar
1 tbsp of olive oil
