Soy coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/4 white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, coarsely grated
  • 1/2 green chilli, julienned
  • 2/3 handful of coriander leaves
  • 4 finger radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lime, zest and juice
  • 40ml of soy sauce
  • 60ml of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

Combine the lime, sesame oil, soy and honey in a bowl and stir well
  • 1/2 lime, zest and juice
  • 60ml of sesame oil
  • 40ml of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey

Add the remaining ingredients and mix so that all of the ingredients are nicely coated. Serve immediately
