  • 2g of platinum grade gelatine leaves, (approx 2 leaves)
  • 1/2 gelatine leaf

Dairy

  • 40g of butter
  • 175ml of milk
  • 400ml of double cream

Beverages

  • 3 tbsp of elderflower cordial
