1 tsp salt
2 tbsp of black sesame seeds

15g of fresh ginger, cut into thin strips
1 bunch of bunch of coriander, leaves picked

2 garlic cloves
1/2 cucumber
1 mild red chilli, finely diced
1 bunch of spring onions, green tops finely sliced

100ml of rice wine vinegar
