1 pinch of black pepper
350g of plain flour, plus extra for dusting
1 pinch of caster sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg yolk, for brushing
sesame seeds, for sprinkling

250g of feta
150g of manouri cheese
Delicatessen
1 handful of Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 pinch of grated nutmeg
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 pinch of thyme leaves
Oils & Vinegars
125ml of extra virgin olive oil
