Ingredients

  • 4 cups of coffee

Vegan Irish cream

  • cocoa powder, for dusting
  • 100ml of whisky
  • 100g of condensed coconut milk
  • 150ml of almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chocolate sauce

Make 4 coffees, leaving room in the mug to add the Irish cream

Place all ingredients for the vegan Irish cream in a jug and mix thoroughly

The Irish cream is less likely to curdle if warmed in the microwave or in a small pan before being added to the coffee. Distribute equally between the 4 coffees
