  • 75g of sugar
  • 75ml of water
  • 1 gelatine leaf
  • 600g of plain yoghurt

Make a sugar syrup by boiling together the water and sugar in a pan until the liquid has the consistency of a syrup

Add the soaked gelatine leaf to the pan, then add the yoghurt and mix in with the rest of the ingredients. Churn in an ice cream maker and then store in the freezer until ready to serve
